For your first order, you will need to register (above). Next time, simply log in as a returning customer, and your account details will be recalled.

Begin by browsing either CDs or Downloads by Album or Track (You can of course purchase combinations in one order)

Download purchases:

Your online payment will be processed in real-time. Within a few minutes you will be sent an email containing a link specifying where to download your album/tracks. You will have 3 days in which to download your purchases, and our system is configured to allow you 3 attempts. If you are unable to access your downloads in that time, or have any other problems, please contact us.

Albums: All download albums are formatted as zip files, so you will be downloading one file which decompresses to a folder of mp3 audio tracks. You will need an expansion utility such as Stuffit Expander. For further suggestions, see our FAQ page.

Tracks: All download tracks are single mp3 files ready to play.

FLAC format: Our albums are also available as CD quality downloads in FLAC format (lossless compression). Due to restrictions on our server space, we will make albums available on request. Please email us for details. Find out about FLAC here.

All prices are in Australian Dollars. Your credit card will be billed in your local currency.

Sales Tax:

All prices listed are ex-tax. Australian customers will have 10%GST added at checkout.

Payment Methods:

Our online shop uses Paypal as a payment gateway. With Paypal you have the flexibility to pay by:

• Funds from a Paypal account, or
• a range of credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discovery, Switch, to name a few). You can pay directly by credit card even if you do not have a Paypal account. Rather than opening a Paypal account, look for an (unobtrusive) link to pay by credit card on your invoice page.
•    Please note - We DO NOT recommend Paypal's eCheque option, as it can take a week or more to clear funds. Your automatically generated download link cannot be created until after payment has cleared, so this will cause unavoidable delays to both download and CD orders.
  

If you contact us directly, we can also arrange payment by:

• Credit Cards; Visa or Mastercard only (sorry, we do not accept American Express due to high charges)
• Cheque or Australia Post Money Order (for Australian customers ONLY), or
• Direct bank deposit; email us for bank account details

Multiple successive orders problem:

If you are a macintosh user, we have identified a problem with placing successive orders on our shop - whilst your first order should process perfectly, there is a likelihood that your second order may not process at all. This seems to be due to the way cookies are handled on mac browsers (both Safari and Firefox have this problem), and despite much discussion with our software partners, we have been unable to find a fix for this issue. However - it is easy to work around. To make multiple successive orders, simply quit your browser and launch again, which should clear the problem. This bug does not appear to affect Windows users.
