Meditation at Pine Lake Waterbirds congregate on an ephemeral lake in the Australian outback. By day, hundreds of waterfowl can be seen floating quietly on the waters; coots, black swans, pink-eared ducks, teal, maned geese, dotterels... With the evening, they become more active; flying in, feeding and calling continually. Their voices echo eerily across the lake, heard but unseen in the dark, a beautiful chorus of sounds in the depths of night.
